Service Area

Mike Knows Audio Video provides home theater installation and custom speaker services in the following Arizona areas:

• Sedona and Verde Valley (including Village of Oak Creek, Cottonwood, Cornville, Clarkdale)

• Scottsdale (including North Scottsdale, DC Ranch, Troon, Grayhawk)

• Paradise Valley

• Prescott area (including Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Dewey-Humboldt)

 

Service outside these areas may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your location.

 

Site Surveys and Deposits

​

In-home site surveys require a $250 fee, which is fully credited toward your project if you proceed with installation. This fee ensures we work with serious clients and allows us to provide thorough, pressure-free evaluations.

​

Project deposits and payment terms are established through individual service agreements and are not governed by these website Terms of Use.

​

Warranty Information

​

Warranty coverage for our products and services is provided through separate written warranty documents. The 10-year speaker warranty and 2-year installation warranty referenced on this website are subject to the terms and conditions specified in those warranty documents.

Mike Knows Audio Video is not a licensed general contractor. We specialize in audio/video equipment design, fabrication, installation, and calibration. Work requiring licensed contractor services (electrical, structural, HVAC) must be performed by appropriately licensed professionals.
