From In-Home Demo to Final Installation
Our process starts by bringing multiple theater systems to your home. No showroom acoustics, no guessing — you hear exactly what you're getting in your actual space.
Our Complete Process
Step 1: Free Consultation & In-Home Demo
We visit your space with multiple speaker and theater configurations. You'll hear good, better, and best options in your own room with your preferred content. We discuss your preferences, aesthetic requirements, and budget. We measure the space and identify any acoustic challenges. Site survey fee is $250, fully credited when you move forward.
Step 2: System Design
Based on the consultation, we design a complete system specifically for your room. If you choose custom speakers, we design the cabinets in CAD software with geometry optimized for your space's acoustics.
Step 3: Speaker Fabrication
We build them in our Arizona workshop. Cabinets are precision-machined with CNC routers. We install internal bracing, select drivers, and integrate our proprietary amplifiers with built-in digital processing. Some home theater speakers gets bi-amping or tri-amping with individual DSP control per driver — this gives us 8 parametric EQ bands, full crossover adjustment, and delay correction for every individeual driver
Step 4: Home Theater Installation
We position all speakers optimally, run all cables (including our custom-designed HDMI and audio interconnects), and integrate source components. Professional cable management throughout. If you need wireless subwoofer connectivity, we install our proprietary wireless kits.
Step 5: Professional Calibration
No receiver auto-calibration. We manually measure frequency response, identify room modes, and tune everything using professional audio analysis tools. For custom speakers with built-in DSP, we can correct room acoustics with surgical precision — the same approach used in professional mastering studios.
Step 6: Training & Handoff
We walk you through complete system operation and provide a custom remote control. You'll understand source switching, settings, and all features. Your 2-year service warranty includes unlimited calls — even for training on new features.
